Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement govern all software engineering, vulnerability assessment, and strategic advisory services delivered by MAGEN Strategic Technologies LLC ("MAGEN Advisory").
1. Scope of Advisory Engagements
All technical deliverables, code commits, cloud configurations, and audit reports are executed according to the Statement of Work (SOW) executed between MAGEN and the client entity.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of engagement invoices, all custom software artifacts, source code, and configuration scripts engineered specifically for the client entity transfer exclusively to the client.
